  17. encrypted message.  All of the letters have been replaced by other letters,
  18. for instance, the word 'Terra' Could be 'Xfuuz', with all 'r's replaced by
  19. 'u' , and so on.  All you have to do is decode the top phrase, figure out
  20. which letters replaced the original, and encode the word 'Preamble' with
  21. the same technique.  I can't give you the exact answer, the code is randomly
  22. changed each time you get to the control room.  A may have been replaced by 'X',
  23. the first time, but the next, 'A' may be replaced by 'u'.  By the way, the
  24. word 'Preamble' is a clue to the content of th paragraph.
