  12. My kids Nintendo system is acting erratically. When you power it up, the
  13. red indicator light sometimes just blinks and the games will not start up.
  14. It will start blinking even before you insert the cartridge.

  16. If you go through the cycle of turning the system off or reinserting the
  17. cartridge enough times, it will eventually work.

  19. Does the system's cartridge contacts need cleaned or is this a more serious
  20. problem?
