  13. I'm sure this question has been asked many times before,
  14. but what type of enhancement will I get from purchasing
  15. one?  I believe the price is around $12.00.  I have a
  16. 27" stereo TV with RCA and coax inputs.  Is it a waste
  17. of money, or will I see noticeable difference?  Thanx
