- Perhaps the cloaker is an AS. If you start off around 4000 fuel, and
- phaser around 30 points I don't think you will get it down to warp 1.
- Of course you probably can get some help, but without any I don't think
- your scout will succeed. If you phaser lock a large ship with a SC, and
- you have no help available, don't they usually uncloak anyway?
