- I'm glad someone finally posted something like this. I was about to post
- my design- very similar, but with only 1 270 XL engine and 10 Arrow IV
- systems, each with about 15 missiles (can you say BOOM, boys and girls?)
- Subs are great because they can dive to avoid aerospace attack, can move
- covertly, carry a lot of armor, and there's no such thing as an inferno
- torpedo. Throw in an LRM 20 or two, some SRMs, and 16 heat points worth
- of lasers- Subs get the 6 point heat sink bonus for water, or at least
- they should.

- if my posts have been getting through lately.)
