  18. Well, 630 kph isn't that fast. 360+ mph or something like that. None of the
  19. vehicles that you can design with the rules break the laws of aerodynamics
  20. so badly that they'll fly apart when you open up the throttle. Perhaps what
  21. is needed is a required piloting roll whenever you make a turn or move over
  22. non-flat terrain at speeds exceeding 300kph. I think just about anything would
  23. get squirrely to handle moving that fast.
