  16. Seeing as FASA has seen fit to copyright "mech", Mekton decided to use mek
  17. instead.  FASA still filed intent to sue paperwork, but has since dropped
  18. the suit when faced 1) with the RTG lawyer's response that they are assured
  19. RTG will win, and 2) the fact that the lawsuit of this magnitude compared
  20. to the size of the companies will destroy both companies (again from the
  21. POV of RTG's lawyers.)
