  399. Description:
  400.               This is a tome which, once opened, makes the person act as
  401.               if they were watching TV - mindless.  Endless sitcoms
  402.               with no meaning appear on the pages.  Bad jokes abound.
  403.               Hopelessly idiotic situations no normal person would ever
  404.               think of letting themselves get into abound.  Everyone
  405.               succumbs.
  406.               
  407.               The only way to get out of the embrace of the tome is
  408.               by making an intelligence roll (3d6 < Int).  Failure
  409.               gives you two more tries, but each time your intelligence
  410.               drops by half.  Further, this drop lasts for a period
  411.               of one day per point.
