  28. Most of this stuff is not installed at once. Much like my collection of RPG
  29. books is worth several thousand dollars list price, I didn't buy it all at
  30. once but collected over a number of years. Starting Shadowrunners are
  31. actually experienced characters, with at least a 'run or two under their
  32. belts (compare any 'runner with the contacts in the book and you'll see
  33. what I mean).
