  26.       adventure; it's really just a bit more than a
  27.       one-liner.  There are many gaping holes, that you,
  28.       the GM, will have to fill.

  33.                SUMMARY OF PLOT
  34.  
  35.     * Characters are hired to bodyguard a corporate who
  36.     is making an offer to a promising young biotechie
  37.     who is enrolled at NCU.
  38.  
  39.     * Rival firm arrives just after the characters, and
  40.     assumes    that the biotechie has accepted the offer.
  41.     They are under orders to obtain the signature of the
  42.     biogeek, at any cost, so they will attempt an
  43.     immediate extraction.
  44.  
  45.     Firefight ensues, running across part of NCU's
  46.     campus, and the characters are hopelessly
  47.     outgunned/outflanked.  The biotechie is indeed
  48.     extracted by the rival firm.  Extreme bummer for our
  49.     chombattas!
  50.     
  51.     If you need a short adventure, or want things to
  52.     come back to haunt them, this is where the adventure
  53.     ends, for now.  If not...
  54.  
  55.     * Pleased with the characters' performance thus far,
  56.     (and hoping to cover his ass), the sarariman hires
  57.     the characters to attempt a counter-extraction.  He
  58.     provides some limited support, the scope of which is
  59.     up to the GM.
  60.  
  61.     The rival firm has hidden the biogeek at a safehouse
  62.     in Night City, the location of which has been
  63.     obtained for the characters.  The counter-extraction
  64.     won't be easy.
  65.  
  66.     * No matter what happens, the characters have
  67.     incurred the wrath of the rival firm, and will have
  68.     to watch their backs for a long time to come.
