- I would give him one or two per level. Just cause the rules allows
- it dosn't mean you have too. Your job is to maintain play balence.

- Hey sounds like he might win against my 7th level psi. But not if
- I had time to prepare. As for points , again I do not allow the
- rules to unbalance the game. If My Dark Sun PC's start with too
- many powers I limet the points they have. It forces them to be
- more conceritve on use of powers. This guy sounds like he runs
- ramped. 250 psi points thats 60 disentgrates.
