- Agreed, but in games where everyone's around -- I mean, there're games
- right now waiting days and days for players whom we KNOW are around
- because they've sent press and broadcasts in other games, even in the game
- they've gone CD on. The game "light" on the Washington judge was being
- held up for want of a Russia player to come in and run ONE unit. Perhaps
- there could be a conditional NMR... where, in times of CD, the game would
- proceed only if the CD player had three or fewer units remaining.
