- FAQ does NOT tell you where you can get the Diplomacy rules on the net.
- It merely tells you where you can pay money to Avalon Hill for your own
- copy, and reminds you that electronic distribution of the rules is a
- violation of U.S. copyright laws.

- With maps being available electronically and rules available for a small
- fee from Avalon-Hill, no one should have to break the law and hand out
- bootleg copies of the rules. If you enjoy the game of "Diplomacy," as I
- see it you should reward Avalon-Hill for coming up with it and producing
- it. Bootlegging it is like saying "well, it's a great game they put out,
- but I choose to defraud them of the profit they rightfully are owed from
- my playing and using the rules and game."
