  14.     Now that moderators have created a number of warp/speedy/fast
  15. games on the eff judge, this moderator has a special request for all
  16. of those who are signing up: "PLEASE, send mail to the Washington
  17. judge requesting a list of all the games. Yes, I know it is not as
  18. fast as the EFF judge. Find a game that has an opening, signon as that
  19. country and help those people finish their games. The more difficult
  20. the position the better. Think of it as your civic duty as a Diplomacy
  21. player." 
  22.     After you sign on to the game ask around, I think most people
  23. would welcome a speed up in their game. It is not that difficult to
  24. change the time between turns. What most games need that have fallen
  25. into chaos is a little enthusiasm from a new player. To plug a few
  26. games that I know are needing:

  29. Boyne - 1898 - we just started - needs an Austria
