  9. I am an observer in the game "newbie" on the EFF judge.
  10. Because I missed (or accidentally deleted) the results of a
  11. move, I requested a list of the game.  I was quite surprised to
  12. see that I suddenly had dedication points, when I've never
  13. played a game on the EFF judge (or any other for that matter).
  14. I would presume that, by sending press to the other observers,
  15. I have "submitted orders", so I get the 3 point dedication
  16. bonus.

  18. Now, I _don't_ mind this at all, but since it is impossible for
  19. me to lose dedication points as an observer, shouldn't it also
  20. be impossible for me to gain them?
