- I just found out that the address I gave to the EFF judge is fine
- but that I wanted to change it because the address didn't recognize the
- "talk command" (not that I am encouraging people to "talk" to me)
- I re-registered myself with the EFF on got back that registration
- was processed. I then did a list of one of the games I'm on and found that
- it still had my old address. I thought that the registration must only
- change my address for any new games I join from now on. (Am I right?)
- My problem now is that any command I send to judge gives me DOUBLE
- replies. (One to my old address, one to the new address). Have I done
- something wrong when trying to change addresses or is this problem caused
- from my end.
- Regardless of where the problem is (but I would like to know
- anyways) can someone tell me how I can resolve it. If it becomes a big
- headache I'll just switch back to my old address.
- I should have remembered the famous expression "If it isn't
- broken, don't fix it!" I guess I'll never learn! :)
-
- In case it helps here are the two addresses:
- Old address: abick@business.carleton.ca
- New address: abick@sebastian.carleton.ca
-
- Email or post replies are both welcome. Either email address will do
- since they both send mail to the same place.
-
- Thanks in advance.
