  22.     1) Youngstown requires 37 centers to win.
  23.     2) Russell's modifications to support the MAP command.
  24.     3) Brion's modifications to clean up the code and support the 
  25.        NOSHOW option.

  27. If anyone wants to make modifications to the judge and wants them to be 
  28. rolled into the "official" release, they should be working from this
  29. release if at all possible.
