  23. David Kovar (jdr@morrolan.eff.org), runs the EFF judge, and has
  24. a rule that says that all games on the judge must remain moderated.  I
  25. hoped he would answer this one, but perhaps he is not getting DIPL-L.

  27. He has been routinely wiping all non-moderated games from his judge, in
  28. order to maintain this rule.  The rule is in place, as unmoderated
  29. games, and moderated without a moderator games, inevitably mean extra
  30. work for the judge keeper (jdr), as he must end up being the moderator.
  31. The jdr has enough work to do.

  34. after the holidays.
