- We don't have any 6-year-old tournament players in either Dayton or
- Cincinnati... in fact, the youngest guy we DO have that plays regularly is
- 13-year-old USCF Expert Jacob Chudnovsky.

- But you've probably got the best idea... waive the recording reqs for the
- 6-year-olds. And look primarily for the scholastics.
