  13. The last 50 posts seem to have very little to do with chess.  The original 
  14. debate was about the quality of games in the F-S II match but this debate 
  15. about a pardon for Fischer has almost no chess content.  I really don't 
  16. think Noriega, Constitutional powers, and admiralty laws have anyhting to 
  17. do with chess.  I read enough of this stuff on other newsgroups like 
  18. alt.politics.libertarian.

  20. Ok, now for the bit of chess in this post:  I've been looking into 
  21. basic chess endings recently and was wondering about the technique to 
  22. checkmate with 2N vs P when the pawn is blockaded.  I'm also 
  23. interested as to the exact conditions when theis is a win, but I'm
  24. much more interested in the technique (Like, how do you force the king into
  25. the corner while keeping the pawn blockaded?
