- The last 50 posts seem to have very little to do with chess. The original
- debate was about the quality of games in the F-S II match but this debate
- about a pardon for Fischer has almost no chess content. I really don't
- think Noriega, Constitutional powers, and admiralty laws have anyhting to
- do with chess. I read enough of this stuff on other newsgroups like
- alt.politics.libertarian.

- Ok, now for the bit of chess in this post: I've been looking into
- basic chess endings recently and was wondering about the technique to
- checkmate with 2N vs P when the pawn is blockaded. I'm also
- interested as to the exact conditions when theis is a win, but I'm
- much more interested in the technique (Like, how do you force the king into
- the corner while keeping the pawn blockaded?
