-
- Fine. I disagree with your claim that the Nazis, in commiting their acts,
- violated specific statutes.
-
- Now, it is real hard for me to prove this without dredging up every statute
- known to man and posting it to this group to show that none were broken.
-
- If you have an example or two of War Crimes, which were in place BEFORE WWII,
- which the Nazis violated, please, by all means, post them here so all of us may
- know where you are gleaming your facts from.
-
- (And, I'll even be one of the first two asks these two question:
-
- 1. Why the fuck couldn't you let the damned thread die? EVERYONE else had.
-
- 2. What does THIS have to do with Chess? Take it to:

- I asked what business he had done...didn't I? Did I ask what sport he had
- engaged in.
-
- Yes, one of us is being-hardheaded (or empty-headed), but it is not me.

-
- Oh, so if a US teacher goes to Isreal this summer, and teaches the theory of
- creationism, we should strip her of her license for violating the seperation of
- church and state doctrines?

- Woman flies to Bangkok and pulls back a few tricks so she can buy her plane
- ticket home. Should we impound her money and lock her up.

-
- Hey! This is your best one yet! We can lock him up for BOTH crimes now!
-

-
- Person records and sells a copy of Australian Blue while in Australia. Clear
- violation of U.S. Copyright laws. Obvious felony.
-

-
- Hmmm... I didn't know either of these were crimes....

-
- Exact? I loved each of these examples because when you modify the hypo to make
- it closer to what we have here, it becomes obvious that:
-
- 1. You didn't think this through at all.
-
- 2. You position is founded on gut-level emotionalism and NOT logic.
-
- FISCHER WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY!!!
-
- Now, can we let this die, or do you want to be embarassed some more?
