  16. I cannot run the DOS Chessbase 3.0 program in a DOS window from within OS/2 2.0.
  17. I've spent a lot of time fiddling with the DOS settings to no avail. Symptom:
  18. cursor advances one line and nothing else happens (I eventually have to kill the
  19. session). Chessbase does not require XMS/EMS, but does use a copy protection scheme
  20. which only allows Chessbase to start on the system on which it was installed.
  21. I suspect that this protection maybe throwing the wrench in the works. If you've
  22. succeeded in running Chessbase in a DOS window please let me know.

  24. If you're an OS/2 2.0 user who has overcome similar difficulties with other DOS
  25. programs I would appreciate your suggestions.
