  16. Here's an opportunity to participate in a decidedly 
  17. non-scientific and unofficial way in the upcoming Candidates'
  18. Final match between Nigel Short and Jan Timman.

  20. Between now and the start of the match I'll be conducting a 
  21. poll of interested players (that means you) on the projected
  22. outcome of the match.  You simply need to email a quick
  23. message to me with:

  25.      1]  your prediction on the winner of the match and
  26.          the final game score (e.g. 6.5-5.5) and,
  27.      2]  OPTIONAL...your reasons and method for determining
  28.          the answer to item 1.

  31. from item one and collect the interesting bits from item two
  32. in a post here.
