  12. What books would rgbers recommend for a bridge novice to read? I want to stick
  13. to Standard American bidding for the present. I've already got Root's
  14. Commonsense Bidding, Root and Pavlicek's Modern Bridge Conventions
  15. and Kantar's Bridge Conventions.

  17. Something on actually playing the hand comes to mind, but what's good? Also, 
  18. what books would be useful on the strategies that duplicate requires?
