  39. carefully, though, because of entry problems.  Win the H7, draw trumps
  40. playing the 8 and 10 from dummy.  Lead to the heart 10, cash the heart
  41. ace, diamond ace, ruff a heart with the jack.  Now lead the 4 of
  42. trumps back to your hand and play out your trumps, pitching clubs from
  43. dummy, leaving this position with East still to discard:
