- As long as you have the use of a particular power, you are forced to
- use the Super version of that power's flare, not the Wild version. If you lose
- your power due to lack of home bases, or if you get Cosmic Zapped, you use the
- Wild version. If you want to use the Wild version of your flare, it's legal
- to Cosmic Zap yourself as you play the flare. (Normally, you're only allowed
- to Cosmic Zap a power, including your own, when someone is actually trying to
- use it. But you're effectively using your power to convert the Wild flare to
- the Super version, which makes the Cosmic Zap legal.)
