- There is a good game on the campaigns of Marlborough that was in an issue of
- The Wargamer several years ago. It was a worthy successor to Frederick the
- Great and deserved boxed treatment. Frederick the Great also picks up the
- tail end of this period, particulary if you use the extension scenarios
- in General vol. 20 #3, a must get issue if you are interested in Frederick
- the Great, in either the SPI or AH editions. Scenarios in the issue
- include the Silesian Wars 1740-45, with a variant cardstock counter sheet
- included in the magazine and a 1756-63 campaign game with some political
- elements.
