  12.   I purchased Up Front recently, and I'm a bit confused about the Marsh
  13.   terrain card.  The card indicates that there's a +1 Fire Strength modifier
  14.   to attacks against groups in Marsh terrain, but the rules description of
  15.   the card says that there's a -1 modifier.  Which is the correct modifier?
