  13. I was looking at the Tholians and I think I can see a way to make them 
  14. invinsible BUT I don't think any one can afford to fight them just from a 
  15. BPV/S8.0 standpoint. 
  16. All you have to do is place a base with wedding cake in the center of the 
  17. map. Around it you six other bases with wedding cakes. Now all you need is a 
  18. couple of Web Tenders to recharge the webs from the edges which are 
  19. protected by the center base. I guess you could do this without the center 
  20. base.
  21. As a cheaper, but less invunerable, alternative three bases can be recharged 
  22. from the central corner, but can be attacked if some brave (stupid) captain 
  23. dives his ship into the web but it will probably be a range 5 shot, and if 
  24. the Tholians rocky road the cake it will hurt alot.
  25. Too bad a Heavy Web Tender isn't allowed (a Large Ore Carrier filled with 
  26. APR) :-).
