  15.   I'm a vegetarian (for three years) and almost-vegan (besides a shot of milk in
  16. my coffee on some mornings) for about 10 months.  I have a blood test from April
  17. 92 and one from last week, and was comparing some of the numbers (cholesterol,
  18. HDL/LDL, iron, etc.)  but don't completely understand.  If you know all about
