  14. I have been asked to add the entries indicated below by an asterisk at
  15. the beginning of the line. This list represents a more organized list of
  16. Foundations that do and do not experiment on animals.

  18. As you can see, there are traditional organizations that directly
  19. experiment or fund experimentation on animals and there are the
  20. alternative medical organizations that do not. The existence of such
  21. reputable medical and non-medical organizations such as those listed
  22. below under the title "Private Health Foundations that do NOT Fund Animal
  23. Experiments", shows that animal experimentation can be avoided in all
  24. fields, including cancer.
