- I am trying to duplicate a "fluffy" taco which I had in a restaurant
- called El Commedor in Great Falls, Montana.
-
- I was hoping that someone would know how to cook the tortilla. It
- might be made out of white corn. Although it is cooked in oil, it
- remains soft not crispy. The sides of the taco shell separate and
- fill with air. I have heard that it might be soaked in water. The
- sides of the shell don't collapse like other shells when taken out of
- the hot oil.
-
-
- If anyone has any ideas on how this is done, please let me know. I
- am using Steve Hersog's account to post this. You can send any
- replies to him and I'll receive them. My name is Sara Henderson
