- A nigroni (or negroni, not sure of the spelling) is equal parts (large
- ones!) campari, sweet vermouth, and gin, with a healthy slice of orange,
- poured over ice and stirred. Relatively sweet with an unusual flavor
- that intrigues with every sip.
-
- Use quality gin. Many 'tenders save the good liquors for the shot-like,
- almost-pure drinks. This is an error. Excellent booze in mixed drinks
- makes a huge difference...like an engine in a car.
-
- Enjoy, and Happy Holidays!
