- Buy a jar of Hoisen Sauce(Chinese).
- Slice the goose into 1/8 inch slices and serve
- cold with hoisen sauce. You can also make Peking
- doiles(mandarin pancakes) and serve the goose slices
- rolled up in them with slices of scallion and hoisen.
