  13. Hi- I recently bought a rice cooker (Singer brand) and the first time
  14. I used it, alot of the rice stuck to the bottom.  I tried again using
  15. a little more water and spraying the pan with Pam but there was still
  16. rice stuck to the bottom.  The pan itself is made of aluminum so I
  17. thought that might be the problem but I looked at a higher priced
  18. "Rival" brand model and it was made of the same thing. I live in
  19. Boulder (5400') which might have something to do with it but I'm 
  20. not sure.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
