- Oh, I know a simpler one, just for those days when you're sorta
- sick with a headcold and very sorry for yourself and you're just
- going back to bed anyway:

- Schlump to the sink and turn on the hot water. Put a lump
- (pat) of butter in the bottom of your mug. Put a bigger lump of brown
- sugar (maybe 1 T.) in, then a jigger of rum, or more :-).
- Fill the mug with the by-now-very-hot water and take it back to
- bed. Feel better.
