  14.    Help, I have been reading a lot of messages the last few days about the 
  15. User TAX ( oops, fee ) being repealed.  I thought it was only repealed for 27
  16. feet and under or something and I still have to pay my tax for my DOWNEAST 32
  17. this year.  Has it been completely repealed or do I have pay ??? I am
  18. consedering not paying this year, since I have paid every year and am getting
  19. upset at all the boat that NEVER paid...
