- I thought "over and out" was only used by Hollywood. "Over" means you are
- expecting a resonse, "out" means you are not. So "over and out" must mean
- you're not sure!

- I also thought that "breaker" was a CB expression, not for VHF/HF use. But
- then anyone who gives their boat name and callsign three times when they're
- misusing the channel is asking for trouble :)
