  11. Re. the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institute), my cousin-in-law(?)
  12. in Bude, Cornwall is something or other in the local group.  She tells
  13. us that most of the donations go to insuring the all-volunteer crews
  14. so that their families are taken care of if they are killed--and some
  15. are every so often.  We send a cheque every year even though we left
  16. England in '63.

  18. When I was a kid, and for long after, I always went to visit the local
  19. lifeboat, and I always appreciated just seeing those guys when I was
  20. out sailing.  Great people.
