- Is this like Prof Peter Schickele's "University of Northern South
- Dakota" (or was it "Southern North Dakota")? I'd have thought a
- location in the Southern Ocean would have a Southern Longitude. This
- seems to be somewhere near the Alaskan Panhandle.
