  15. Is this like Prof Peter Schickele's "University of Northern South
  16. Dakota" (or was it "Southern North Dakota")?  I'd have thought a
  17. location in the Southern Ocean would have a Southern Longitude.  This
  18. seems to be somewhere near the Alaskan Panhandle.
