  18. Seattle Metro did a telephone survey of bikes on transit systems nationwide
  19. last year.  Having read the report, the strongest impression it gives is
  20. that transit operators had many concerns beforehand, especially liability, 
  21. but those who've actually tried allowing bikes on transit, inside or outside,
  22. report that basically *none* of the expected problems materialized.
