  12.     Rate club rides?  i.e. A, B, C, what do the ratings represent, 
  13.         do ratings consider rider ability or ride difficulty.

  15.     Allow for differences in rider ability?  i.e. do slower (generally
  16.         newer) riders get dropped, does someone ride sweep, etc.
