  12.     My family may be moving to Little Rock, Arkansas sometime 
  13. in the near future, and I am interested in hearing about road conditions
  14. in and around Little Rock for cycling.   Could someone familiar with
  15. the area give me some info on the road situation up there?   I currently
  16. live in Southeast Louisiana, and can honestly say that I've seen off
  17. road paths that were smoother than some of the La., roads that I've
  18. ridden on!  UGH!
