  17. I would suggest the San Francisco Bay Area.  I moved out here from 
  18. Virginia about five years ago.  Have found it to be a great area
  19. to live and the biking opportunities are excellent.  The locals,
  20. in cars, give bicyclists plenty of room on the road.  There is a
  21. lot to see here(touristy).  There are also three international
  22. airports here if your're only biking oneway.  If you're going to
  23. bike both ways, there are at least a hundred bike shops here that
  24. all do excellent work(repairs).
