  11. I'm an off road rider who weighs about 230 I'm 6'7" and am in the market for a suspension fork for my Gary Fisher.  When I asked for advice from my local shops every one gave me a different answer as to which style (air-oil, spring, elastomer) of shock would best suit my needs as a larger rider.  If there is anybody out there who has any advice at all please respond to this post.
