- Actually, it's the other way around. According to the Communications Act
- of 1934, the Ham Bands are one of the 'few' places where this prohibition
- is not in effect. On most other bands, including Aircraft, this prohibition
- is in effect.

- Most HOTA renderings are annecdotal, thus aren't reported verbaitum (as heard).
- Still, if they are then repeated verbaitum (as originally written), copyright
- laws apply.
