  19. $14.95 in jcwhitney.  Interestingly the blurb talks about improving
  20. combustion by changing the air fuel mixture.  Eliminates ping, you
  21. will get 100mpg, etc.  It says nothing about carbon buildup.

  23. looks like all it is is a vaccuum t fitting, and a jar with a valve.
  24. i would hope it has a mechanism to shut down when it runs out of water.
