- Help!
-
- I have an 85 cutlass cruiser - V6-181, E2ME carb.
-
- I am having a problem with the idle speed control. When I release
- the gas pedal the idle speed control solenoid maintains its
- position for 2-10+ secs. I replaced the O2 sensor but the problem
- persists. Finally I disconnected the idle speed control and
- the car seems to run okay - at least the idle speed stays low.
-
- What should I look for as the cause of this problem?? a sensor
- or regulator?? or??
-
- Thanks
-
