- The 301 is marginal in its original turbo form. Hollow crankshaft.
- Lightweight conrods. Thinwall, scalloped block. Totally gross heads
- with siamesed INTAKE ports, and a single plane manifold. You'd be
- lucky to get 250hp with the stock (very small) turbo, and if you changed
- turbos, you'd probably scatter the bottom end all over the road.
