  13.  Recent Car Craft issues have had "reviews" of "crate" motors and also about
  14. once a year they put out an "engines" issue. The 318 is always included.
  15. The torque appears reasonably flat. If you want truck type info consider
  16. browsing the 4WD/offroad mags at the magazine rack in the supermarket. They
  17. are probably more torque-oriented than max HP @ max RPM. You ought to be
  18. able to get 250-300 lb-ft by 2500RPM out of a 318.
